Golden Barbers Under New Management — What Changed

A quick update

If you've been coming to the shop on Bingley Road for a while, you'll have noticed things are a bit different. New management took over in late 2025. The short version: same shop, same location, new team.

What stayed the same

The shop is still at 213 Bingley Road, still open 7 days a week, still walk-in friendly. The vibe is the same — sit down, get a cut, have a chat. We didn't change it into some trendy concept shop with mood lighting and a waiting list.

Prices are still fair. A haircut is £15, a skin fade is £18, and kids and seniors pay £12. We're not trying to be the cheapest and we're not trying to be expensive. Just honest.

What's new

The big changes are in the detail. We put a lot of emphasis on technique — clean fades, sharp lines, proper blending. Hot towel shaves are on the menu now. The shop got a refresh.

We also added online booking. Pick your service, pick a time, done. No account, no deposit, pay when you arrive. Still take walk-ins obviously — but if you want a guaranteed slot, booking takes about 30 seconds.

And the loyalty scheme: every 10th visit is free. We track it, you just keep showing up.
